why this exists
The market moved. School didn't.
You did what you were told: study, graduate, apply. Now recent graduates are more unemployed than the workforce they joined, the entry-level jobs people learned on are the first ones AI swallowed, and a CV written by AI proves nothing to anybody.
What counts now is proof: purpose, agency and real systems you can point to and say, I built that. So we don't hand out certificates. We make builders, and we make them prove it.
