OpsCode

about us

Operations as Code.

Software teams solved this decades ago: when knowledge matters, you don't keep it in heads, you keep it in version-controlled files with a full history of every change. Operations as Code applies that discipline to the rest of the business, then puts AI on top. We built it for ourselves first. Then we started teaching it.

the method

Three moves, repeated forever.

01

Capture

Everything your business knows becomes files in one repository: how you sell, how you deliver, how you sound, what your customers care about. Written plainly enough that a new hire could read it. Structured enough that AI can.

02

Connect

AI reads the whole system. Ask for a prospect brief, a proposal, a report or a decision, and the answer comes grounded in your business, in your voice, in seconds.

03

Compound

Every improvement is a commit. The system carries a full history, nothing is ever lost, and each week it knows more than the last. Knowledge stops walking out the door when people do.

the proof

We ran it on ourselves first.

first opscode-powered business · running since 2025

OpsCode isn't a theory we sell and skip. Our own agency was the first business run entirely this way: every SOP, decision, customer file and campaign lives in one version-controlled system that AI operates daily. That's the architecture every cohort builds.

day-0 · the decision

The entire business goes into git

Not the code. The business: sales process, customer knowledge, brand voice, daily operations. One repo became the single source of truth.

month-3 · the payoff

AI stopped sounding like AI

With the full business context in the system, drafts came out in our voice, grounded in our customers, needing approval instead of rewrites.

today · the practice

We teach exactly what we run

The same architecture, the same workflows, the same three operations. Cohorts build on their real businesses because that's how we built ours.

Adam Lopez-Delon, founder of OpsCode

the founder

Adam Lopez-Delon.

Adam has spent his working life building systems, and twenty years studying self-development alongside them. He built his own telecom company. He built growth systems for other people's businesses. Then he built SalesCommand, an agency run entirely as operations as code: every process, decision and customer file in one system that AI operates every day.

That agency became the proof, and the proof became OpsCode: the method, the school and the movement. Today Adam teaches teams and founders across Australia and New Zealand to build the same thing for themselves, from Melbourne, in the terminal, on their real businesses.

Jimmy Farquhar, OpsCode delivery partner in New Zealand

the partner

Jimmy Farquhar.

Jimmy is proof the method transfers. A builder from Christchurch, he runs Footy Nippers, a kids' sports business, and The Digital Shed, a digital services company. He learned operations as code from Adam and now runs and grows both businesses on it.

Today he is OpsCode's delivery partner in New Zealand, co-running cohorts and building the NZ side of the movement. He teaches it because he lives it.

the team

And a growing team behind them.

Coaches, builders and graduates across Australia and New Zealand, working inside the same system they teach. Every cohort adds builders to the bench, because that's the model: learn it, prove it by shipping, then help the next person learn it.

The method makes sense in an hour. It changes things in four weeks.

Cohorts are running now. Book 30 minutes with our team, bring one operational problem, and you'll see what it looks like as a system before the call ends.
